Shipping and return policies for All We've Got

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Bandcamp will convert the price to your local currency.
All orders are fulfilled by All We're Got Records and shipped via Canada Post within 3 business days (unless otherwise stated)
For orders to Canada with standard shipping, expect 5 to 7 business days for delivery
For orders to Canada with Xpresspost shipping, expect 2 business days for delivery
For orders to the USA, expect 7 to 14 business days for delivery
For the rest of the world, expect 7 to 21 business days for delivery, after the item has been shipped - except for 12" vinyl records (see below).
For 12" vinyl records, or orders containing 12" vinyl records, these are shipped via surface mail, as the cost of air mail is prohibitively expensive. Therefore, please allow 4 to 12 weeks. If you would like to pay extra for air-mail, please contact us first before ordering.
Most orders are shipped via Light Packet or Small Packet service which saves you money, but does not include tracking. If you would like to pay extra for shipping that includes tracking, contact us before placing your order.
Orders containing one or more pre-order items will not ship until all items are available. If you would like something sooner, you need to place two separate orders
The cost of shipping includes shipping and handling - i.e. the cost of the postage, packing materials and time it takes to assemble and ship
If you can't afford shipping, feel free to contact us to arrange a time to come by and pick your order up
All sales are final. However, if you get something that is broken, defective, not what you ordered, etc - please email us as soon as possible so we can work that out and make things better

- Return Policy
All sales are final. However, if something arrived broken, damaged or wasn't what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
All items returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to an additional charge to re-ship the item to your correct address UNLESS it was our mistake. If you provided the correct address and we shipped it to the wrong one, we will be very embarrassed and totally cover the extra cost of sending it out again. Let's hope that never happens though!
